What it isn’t: Hypocrisy. The weakness to pretend to be good so you can get something you want.
Bravery
What it is: The strength to conquer fear while overcoming difficulties and resisting temptation.
What it isn’t: Cowardice. The weakness of letting difficulties control and conquer you, bringing you to give into temptation and fear.
Committed
What it is: The strength to give your absolute best, even if it requires unexpected sacrifice.
What it isn’t: Inconsistency. The weakness to only give your best at certain times.
Confidence
What it is: The strength to believe in yourself, your team, and the hard work you have put in to achieve your goals.
What it isn’t: Conceit and arrogance. The weakness to compare yourself to others and look down on them due to an inflated opinion of yourself.
Consistency
What it is: The mature strength to rise to the occasion when your best is needed.
What it isn’t: Mediocrity. The weakness to let opportunities pass by due to immaturity and a lack of desire.
Dependability
What it is: The strength to take action and provide adequate solutions in the face of difficulty.
What it isn’t: Passivity. The weakness of doing little or nothing when faced with a difficulty you can solve.
